Reality Female Condoms are made of Polyurethane which is thin, soft, odorless and stronger than latex. These condoms come pre-lubricated with a non-spermicidal, silicone-based lubricant for maximum pleasure and safety - also makes insertion easier! Users can add more lubricant: either oil or water-based lubricants. Polyurethane conducts heat, so sexual intercourse can feel very sensitive and natural.
At each end of the condom there is a flexible ring. At the closed end of the sheath the flexible ring is inserted into the vagina (like a diaphragm) extending up to the cervix to hold the female condom in place. At the other open end of the sheath the ring stays outside the vulva at the entrance to the vagina. This ring acts as a guide during penetration and it also stops the sheath bunching up inside the vagina. The female condom actually offers more protection against pregnancy and disease because it covers more area.
